1. Main display button operation instructions
The 4 buttons on the right of the main screen are:SET, UP, DOWN, MODE.
In normal status ,short press “SET” button ,controller enter correct temperature setting.
Long press the “SET”button for more than 3 seconds (long press), instrument into the ventilation, calibration, parameter settings, etc.
In settings, press the “SET” button (short press) to enter the next parameter setting.
（1） UP
a. In normal status, press and hold “UP” button (long press) for manual turn egg function;
b. In normal status, press the “UP” button (short press) to adjust the parameter value, and press the “UP” button to adjust the parameter value continuously.
（2） DOWN
a. In normal status ,short press “DOWN” button can handle alarm funtion.
b. In normal status, press the “DOWN” button (short press) to adjust the parameter value, and press the “DOWN” button to adjust the parameter value continuously.
（3） MODE
In normal status,long press “MODE” button for 3 seconds or more, can be adjusted in sequence mode: custom, chicken, duck and goose, dove, pheasant.
（4） Combination key
a. In normal status, pressing “SET” and “UP” button more than 3 seconds and controller will enter temperature and humidity setting.
b. In normal status, pressing the “UP ” and “DOWN ” button for 5 seconds to reset all the parameters to the default.
c. In normal status, press and hold the “MODE” button and the reduction key for more than 3 seconds (long press), count the number of eggs cleared, and the number of days to hatch is reset to 1.
d. In normal operation, hold both the “SET” and “DOWN” button for more than 3 seconds (long press), and the instrument enters the protection function parameter setting.
e. In normal operation, hold the “SET” and “MODE”button for more than 3 seconds (long press), and the instrument goes into the hatching days and the turn over time parameters setting.
Note: in the set state, set the parameters flashing display, when more than 10 seconds do not press the button, the system will automatically exit the set state. Previously modified parameters are automatically saved.

Control function part
1. Temperature controlling related functions (TH1 is the temperature within incubator box)
（1）Over tempreature alarm: if TH1 > P1, system starts alarm, turns on the indicator lighter and starts buzzer; if TH1 < P1, system turn off the alarm function.
（2）Fan: if TH1≥ P2, system starts the fan; if TH1 < P2, system stops the fan.
（3）Main heater: if TH1≤P4, system starts the main heater; if TH1≥P3, system stops the main heater. Other temperature interval main heating according to the setting pulse width F8 fuzzy control.
（4）Backup heater: if TH1＜P5, system starts the backup heater; if TH1＞P5, system stops the backup heater.
（5）Lower tempreature alarm: if TH1＜P6, system starts alarm, turns on the indicator lighter and starts buzzer; if TH1 > P6, system turn off the alarm function.
2. humidity controlling related functions (RH1 is the humidity within incubator box)
（1） Over humidity alarm: if RH1＞H1, system starts alarm, turns on the indicator lighter and starts buzzer; if RH1＜H1, system turn off the alarm function.
Humidify function: if RH1≤H3, system starts humidifier; if RH1≥H2, system stops humidifier.
（2） Lower humidity alarm: if RH1＜H4, system starts alarm, turns on the indicator lighter and starts buzzer; if RH1>H4, system turn off the alarm function.
（3） Dehumidification function: when humidity RH1≥ H2+ F9, start dehumidifying function; When humidity RH1 ≤ H2, turn off the dehumidification function.
Note: when the temperature control is in high temperature alarm, turn off the humidifying function; when the high temperature alarm function is closed, the humidifying function is resumed.
（1）Manually turn the egg: in normal working conditions, press and hold “UP” button, you can turn left turn eggs in turn, turn left, turn left, right turn egg, right turn egg stop.( In the manual turn over egg condition, turn over the egg time F2, turn to the automatic egg turning state; manual turn over eggs is not included in the number of turns.)
（2）Automatic turning eggs: according to the set turn egg cycle F1 and turn over the egg time F2 automatically turn eggs, left and right turn eggs alternately.
（3）The number of turns can be displayed by pressing the key. The parameter code F7 can be adjusted by “UP” and “DOWN” keys. The number of turns is counted and the data is cleared after power loss.
（4）The maximum number of turns is shown 999 times. After more than 999 times, the data is cleared and re accumulated.
（5）When the turn over egg cycle F1 is set to 0, the automatic egg turning function is cancelled.
（6）Every time the adjustment mode, turn the number of eggs cleared.
4. Incubation days:
（1）Incubation days, factory default is 1, starting from the instrument power, every 24 hours, the number of days of hatching automatically add one.
（2）Incubation days can be got through querying (the parameter ID is F0). User can change it through “UP” and “DOWN”button. The number will be saved even the system is down.
（3）The maximum number for incubation days is 99. The number will be starting from 0 again once over 99.
( 4 ) The number of days per hatch was reset to 1 at each adjustment mode.
5. Ventilation function:
（1）System will start (or stop) the air refreshing fan automatically according to the air refreshing period F3 and duration F4.
（2）Note: if F3 is set to 0, system will turn off the auto air refreshing.
（3）Ventilation and overtemperature exhaust are the same output terminals.
6. Protection function:
（1）Fan stop protection function: when working on the system, when the fan work signal can not be detected, stop heating and alarm. This function can be cancelled by the parameter code b1.
（2）Water dish water and automatic water protection functions in the power system work, detection of water dish water, stop humidification and alarm; and then immediately start the automatic replenishment function, when the detected water level reaches the set water level, delay 5 seconds to stop automatic water supply function. This function can be cancelled by the parameter code b2.
（3）High temperature reset function: when working on the system, when the temperature of the case is more than 42 degrees, all the parameters will be returned to the factory defaults and the alarm will be prompted. This function can be cancelled by the parameter code b3.
7. Remove the alarm manually
When the alarm starts, user could mute it by pressing the “DOWN” button and switch back by pressing the button again. The alarm lighter will always on during alarm period.
8. Calibration function
The tempreature and humidity sensors could be appear some deviation after long time using. At this time user could calibrate them by the accurate thermometer and humidometer. When F5 displayed, press “UP ” or “DOWN” button to calibrate the tempreature; while when F6 displayed, press “UP” or “DOWN” button to calibrate the humidity.
9. Reset function
In normal operation,press “UP” and “DOWN” button for 5 seconds and then all the parameters are reset to the default values after a beep.
10. Sensor error indicator
If there are problems in tempreature sensor or the sensor is not available, the tempreature display window shows EEE, and at the same time the main heater, backup heater and over tempreature fan stop working; if there are problems in humidity sensor or the sensor is not available, the humidity display window shows EE, and at the same time the humidifier stops working. There will be beep warnings no mater which sensor does not work properly.
